Progress report

You know it’s been a long time since your last post when Blogger makes you log in again… We are long past due for an update. Since our last post, our weight has stayed about the same with a variance of about two pounds at most. We only exercised three times last week, but we’re shooting for at least five and maybe six times this week. We both can tell that our clothes are back to fitting the way they did before the many travels we did in April and May. It’s great to be able to eat “real” food again and our portion sizes are definitely smaller than before the liquid diet. I still want to hire a personal trainer some time, but not until after we get settled at our new place (whenever and wherever that is).
